Today it was Greek day, we all tried some olives in the morning, they were disgusting but Elise loved them. In the afternoon, we made some Greek salad, it was delightful! We mixed olives, feta cheese, cucumber, tomato, lettuce, peppers and we made our own dressing with lime juice, olive oil and herbs. Delicious!
